According to Miguel Tilli, reported by idealista, the luxury real estate market remains appealing despite changes in tax regulations and golden visa programs, showing continued demand from Brazilians, Americans, and Europeans.

Tilli noted that Portugal’s security is a key factor for foreign buyers. He added that the climate, cuisine, and welcoming atmosphere also contribute to the country’s appeal.
