Construction is slated to commence between 2025 and 2026, culminating in a grand opening in 2027, fueled by a significant €158 million investment, as revealed by municipal authorities.
Spearheaded by BodyHoliday, renowned for its expertise in Wellness and Spa tourism, this upscale development will boast 220 exquisitely designed rooms, comprising 40 single rooms, 160 double rooms, and 20 opulent suites, as detailed in the official announcement from the Vila Real de Santo António Municipality.
The hotel promises an unparalleled experience, featuring five distinct dining venues, a state-of-the-art wellness centre and spa with over 50 treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, an indoor pool, three captivating outdoor pools, and beautifully curated gardens offering exclusive beach access via charming wooden pathways.
Vila Real de Santo António’s Mayor, Álvaro Araújo, emphasizes the transformative impact of this investment, stating that it “will redefine the municipality’s tourism landscape, elevating the quality of offerings and attracting affluent travelers.”
